I absolutely LOVE Pretty Little Studio! Their products are so stinkin' cute! Vintagey and charming...with very unique themes and embellishments! I recently placed an order and bought some of this line:
I chose to go with lots of glimmer and whites with touches of brown and blue on this layout...I absolutely LOVE how it turned out...but I can't share it just yet...so you will have to be happy with a few sneaks of this...
The layout is on a piece of Woodgrain cardstock and in real life, the gold glimmer mist really picked up the woodgrain and it looks just lovely. I had a hard time photographing it without glare on the photo, but I create for me and my albums and I just love how it turned out! It was a very cathartic layout created around my One Little Word for 2013...LOVE. The journaling around the edge of the layout tells the story of why I chose that word, I'm all about self-love, and giving more love this year. Who couldn't use more love? :) I will share the whole thing on February 15th during the Inspiration Elevator blog hop.
I also bought a pack of Christmas Tags and decided to create a Christmas layout ...I used the sketch challenge over at Pretty Little Studio for this one. I had a blast working with these fun papers and embellies...I love the red and green prints in this paper pack!
How cute are those milk caps? I found the cute little Santa in the actual tag packaging..it's so great how they even use the packaging so there is no waste! I found myself using even more of it with both of my projects...I love it when paper companies are thoughtful like that! I also added the German Scrap paper numbers for the 25, lots of misting (hard to see in the photographs!) and sewing (with silver thread), too.
Here's a close up of the Santa cluster..
LOVING Pretty Little Studio, I tell you! So, tell me, what is YOUR One Little Word for 2013??

Love love love love your lo!! I loveeeeeee the photos and that Santa!!! And my OLW is BE :)
